All Vineyard Elite products are guaranteed for one year against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails from a manufacturing defect, we will replace it. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care or negligence. Product registration is required.
If your product is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, Vineyard Elite will send you a replacement at our expense. After 30 days, a $7.50 shipping and processing fee will be applied to the replacement shipment. Customer is responsible for returning the defective product at Customer’s expense. Replacement products are not shipped until the defective product has been returned by customer.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact Customer Care to obtain a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
